Tenaga Nasional Berhad had organized their 2nd iCON Hackathon with the theme ‘Enhancing TNB Support Services using Chatbot’ on 14-15th December 2017. The objective is evaluating ideas on how chatbot is able to help their support team in answering common questions and performing repetitive tasks. This way, their customers get the immediacy response and better experience while their support agents are freed up to do more complex and interesting work. TNB Hackathon is held to evaluate suitable platform for Chatbot development and for participants to showcase their capabilities.
