Sesi Penerangan Aplikasi Community Opinions On-Line (COOL) Bersama Ahli Dewan Undangan Negeri (ADUN) Selangor (Siri 1)
On this date 28th September 2018, the Smart Selangor Delivery Unit (SSDU) team had conducted a briefing session entitled “Sesi Penerangan Aplikasi Community Opinions On-Line (COOL) Bersama Ahli Dewan Undangan Negeri (ADUN) Selangor (Siri 1)” for Selangor State Assemblyman representatives. The session was attended by selected officers from the Office of the State Assemblyman. This session was also attended by the Taman Medan State Assemblyman, Y.B. Tuan Syamsul Firdaus Bin Mohamed Supri.
The session was conducted by Dr Fahmi Ngah the Managing Director of the Smart Selangor Delivery Unit and Puan Aidayati Bt. Mohamed Yatim, the Project Manager of the Community Opinions On-Line (COOL) Application to brief on the Smart Selangor initiative as well as to introduce the COOL application to the officers.

1st Runner Up In Smart City Banking Hackthon
Enovade team participated in the recent Smart City Banking Hackathon from 13/7/2018 to 15/7/2018 organized by Maybank and Cyberview. The objective of the this hackathon is to propose a solution on how banking can be in the newly developed Smart Retail Entrepreneur Centre for both merchants and customers at Cyberjaya. We were competing among industry players, and we are proud to be awarded the 1st Runner Up.

Smart-MPKlang chatbot launching
SMART-MPKlang was developed to encourage the direct involvement of citizen in order to gain information related to the MPK as well as in enabling the citizen to obtain services offered by MPK through the messenger platform. In addition, it also seeks to obtain feedback from the citizen in its goal to form a closer relationship between the citizen and MPK thereby enhancing service quality and promising customer satisfaction to the people
Finalist In Tenaga Nasional Berhad 2nd Icon Hackathon
Tenaga Nasional Berhad had organized their 2nd iCON Hackathon with the theme ‘Enhancing TNB Support Services using Chatbot’ on 14-15th December 2017.
The objective is evaluating ideas on how chatbot is able to help their support team in answering common questions and performing repetitive tasks. This way, their customers get the immediacy response and better experience while their support agents are freed up to do more complex and interesting work. TNB Hackathon is held to evaluate suitable platform for Chatbot development and for participants to showcase their capabilities. Enovade is competing among international industry players and we are honoured to be one of the shortlisted companies, apart from TCS and IBM.
